About Musket Creek
A Small Family Breeder
Musket Creek Wirehaired Vizslas is located in sunny Southern California. We have owned this breed since 2014 and are excited to contribute to its growth in the US. We are striving to improve the breed with a focus on health, solid temperament, sound conformation, and working ability. Our goal is to produce confident, versatile companions that thrive in the field and with the family. We believe all breeding Wirehaired Vizslas should be proven and preferably titled in hunt work and conformation. They should also be screened for hip and elbow dysplasia, eye concerns, and HUU. We are committed to not only producing beautiful Wirehaired Vizslas, but also those that can work according to the breed purpose. All litters will be reared with the Puppy Culture system of building resilience and socialization. Breeder, Amanda Hudgins, is a certified pet dog trainer (CPDT-KA) and holds a B.S. in Animal Behavior. Puppies will be raised in the home with a family of three young kids and a Border Terrier to help socialize.
